The North Stanly Comets (New London, NC) volleyball overcame the host Maiden Blue Devils (Maiden, NC), 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, North Stanly upgrades its record to 15-10 on the year. The Comets travel to Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 27. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 25-3. Southwestern Randolph won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against East Davidson (Thomasville, NC)
