October 25, 2024: Roanoke, VA 24016 Roanoke Catholic Celtics (Roanoke, VA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Norfolk Christian Ambassadors (Norfolk, VA), 47-13 in a league battle.
With the win, Roanoke Catholic advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Celtics travel to Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA) to encounter the Bears in a non-league battle on Saturday, November 2. The Bears go into the battle with a record of 1-5. Bland County lost 20-8 in their recent non-league battle against Twin Valley (Pilgrims Knob, VA)
The Ambassadors now own a 0-2 record.
