October 25, 2024: Robinson, TX 76706 In Friday's league challenge, the host Robinson Rockets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the La Vega Pirates.
The Rockets (16-25) will now prepare for their challenge against Lorena (Lorena, TX). The Leopards come into the 4A Region III District 23 challenge with a 23-15 record. In their last challenge, Lorena beat Connally (Waco, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Pirates meet the Gatesville Hornets (Gatesville, TX) in a 4A Region III District 23 challenge, on Tuesday, October 29. La Vega will attempt to upgrade on its 5-21 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 24-13 record after their 3-1 league loss to China Spring (China Spring, TX).
