October 26, 2024: Breese, IL 62230 Breese Central Cougars (Breese, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Wesclin Warriors (Trenton, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Breese Central improves its record to 2-1 on the season.
The Warriors now own a 25-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carlyle for a non-league test on Saturday, October 26. Wesclin will face a Indians/Lady Indians squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Okawville (Okawville, IL). The Indians/Lady Indians record now stands at 1-4.
