The Lewis County Minutemen topped the visiting Grafton Bearcats volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Minutemen now have a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Preston for a Big Ten test on Wednesday, October 4. Lewis County will confront a Knights team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV). The Knights record now stands at 7-11.

The Bearcats (0-12) will now prepare for their test against Bridgeport (Bridgeport, WV). The Indians enter the non-league test with a 21-7 record. In their last test, Bridgeport gained a win over Buckhannon-Upshur (Buckhannon, WV), 2-0, in a league test.
