In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Carver Yellowjackets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Piedmont Classical Bobcats.

The Yellowjackets (5-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Millennium (Mount Airy, NC). The Lions come into the Northwest Piedmont 1A challenge with a 7-7 record.

Next, the Bobcats meet the Millennium Lions (Mount Airy, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A challenge, on Friday, October 4. Piedmont Classical will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC).
