The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Carson Senators (Carson City, NV) and the visiting Hug Hawks (Reno, NV), witnessed Carson's football squad smash Hug by a count of 49-6.

The Senators (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Douglas (Minden, NV). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Douglas was routed by Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV), 48-46, in a league match.
