The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter Raiders (Indianapolis, IN) and the visiting Covenant Christian Warriors (Indianapolis, IN), witnessed Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter's football squad knock off Covenant Christian by a tally of 38-7.

The Raiders (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Indianapolis Scecina Memorial (Indianapolis, IN). The Crusaders enter the Indiana Crossroads contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Indianapolis Scecina Memorial was outscored by Providence (Clarksville, IN), 51-7, in a non-league contest.

Next up, the Warriors encounter the Greenwood Christian Academy Cougars (Greenwood, IN) in a Indiana Crossroads bout, on Friday, October 10. Covenant Christian will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 65-16 league loss to Indianapolis Lutheran (Indianapolis, IN).
