With the win, Sand Creek advances its record to 6-0 on the season. The Scorpions travel to Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO) to encounter the Red-Tailed Hawks in a 4A I-25 bout on Friday, October 10. The Red-Tailed Hawks enter the contest with a record of 6-0. Cheyenne Mountain won 54-35 in their recent league contest against Centaurus (Lafayette, CO)

Coming up next, the Trojans battle the Grand Junction Tigers (Grand Junction, CO) in a 4A I-25 contest, on Thursday, October 9. Thornton will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 4-2 record after their 52-7 league win over Gateway (Aurora, CO).
