The Thayer Central Titans walloped the host Southern Raiders football team by a score of 59-0 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Titans face the Tri County Trojans (DeWitt, NE) in a D1 District 7 (8 Man) challenge, on Friday, October 10. Thayer Central will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 60-22 league loss to Exeter-Milligan/Friend (Exeter, NE).

The Raiders (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Sutton (Sutton, NE). The Mustangs enter the D1 District 7 (8 Man) challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Sutton was ripped by Sandy Creek (Fairfield, NE), 55-14, in a league challenge.
