Virginia High School Football - Woodson overwhelmed by West Potomac
October 30, 2024: Alexandria, VA 22307 The West Potomac Wolverines walloped the visiting Woodson Cavaliers football team by a score of 50-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wolverines face the South County Stallions (Lorton, VA) in a challenge, on Thursday, November 7. West Potomac will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Stallions enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 24-21 non-league win over Lake Braddock (Burke, VA).
The Cavaliers (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against West Springfield (Springfield, VA). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, West Springfield bounced Fairfax (Fairfax, VA), 19-0, in a non-league challenge.
