In Saturday's non-league match, the Seminole Warhawks (Seminole, FL) volleyball squad overcame the host Countryside Cougars (Clearwater, FL), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Warhawks battle the Boca Ciega Pirates (Gulfport, FL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, October 7. Seminole will attempt to improve on its 11-9 season record. The Pirates go into the battle with a 3-19 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Dunedin (Dunedin, FL).

The Cougars now own a 6-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clearwater for a 5A District 11 battle on Tuesday, October 7.
