The Indiana School for the Deaf (Indianapolis, IN) varsity football team won Saturday's home non-conference game against Oklahoma School for the Deaf (Sulphur, OK) by a score of 38-36.
The Indiana School for the Deaf Deaf Hoosiers football squad scored 38 points and limited the visiting Oklahoma School for the Deaf Bison to 36 in the Deaf Hoosiers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Deaf Hoosiers now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Dugger Union for a 8-Man Freelance (8 Man) test on Saturday, October 12. Indiana School for the Deaf will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 50-18 league win over Traders Point Christian (Whitestown, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-3.
With the defeat, Oklahoma School for the Deaf drops to 4-1 on the campaign. The Bison host Arkansas School for the Deaf (Little Rock, AR) to meet the Leopards in a Great Plains (8 Man) test on Saturday, October 12. The Leopards come into the test with a record of 2-1.
