The Martin County Tigers (Stuart, FL) volleyball overcame the host Southland Christian FLAMES (Kissimmee, FL), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Martin County upgrades its record to 13-11 on the year. The Tigers travel to Palm Harbor University (Palm Harbor, FL) to face the Hurricanes in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 7. The Hurricanes go into the outing with a record of 14-2. Palm Harbor University won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Wekiva (Apopka, FL)

The FLAMES now own a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to Star Athletes Academy for a outing on Monday, October 9. Southland Christian will face a Stars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Merritt Island (Merritt Island, FL). The Stars record now stands at 14-9.
