In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Tunstall Trojans volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Magna Vista Warriors.

The Trojans (15-0) will now prepare for their challenge against George Washington (Danville, VA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 0-8 record. In their last challenge, George Washington was beaten by Halifax County (South Boston, VA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors face the Bassett Bengals (Bassett, VA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, October 9. Magna Vista will attempt to advance on its 8-7 season record. The Bengals go into the test with a 2-12 record after their 2-0 league loss to Mecklenburg County (Baskerville, VA).
