Bees Grind Out 2–1 Win Over Twinsburg in Rain-Soaked Battle
Twinsburg, OH — On a very rainy night at Tiger Stadium, the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Bees battled through tough conditions and a 45-minute weather delay to earn a 2–1 victory over the Twinsburg Tigers.
The Bees struck twice in the first half behind a stellar performance from Otto Grieser, who scored both goals. The opening goal came on a well-placed cross from Milos Crncevic, which Grieser calmly finished to give Brecksville the early lead. Moments later, Grieser found the back of the net again — this time on a perfect setup from Rocco Dean — to make it 2–0.
Twinsburg managed a goal late to close the gap, but the Bees’ defense held strong to secure the win on a night defined by grit, focus, and teamwork.
“This was a tough, wet, and physical game,” said Head Coach Brad Dean. “I’m proud of how our guys handled the conditions, stayed disciplined, and found a way to get it done on the road.”
