Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Clemens Buffaloes (Schertz, TX) and the visiting San Marcos Rattlers (San Marcos, TX), observed Clemens's volleyball team top San Marcos by a count of 3-0.

The Buffaloes (16-19) will now prepare for their contest against Canyon (New Braunfels, TX). The Cougars enter the 6A Region IV District 29 contest with a 26-13 record. In their last contest, Canyon notched a victory over Johnson (Buda, TX), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Rattlers battle the East Central Hornets (San Antonio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 29 contest, on Friday, October 10. San Marcos will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Hornets go into the battle with a 20-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Steele (Cibolo, TX).
