North Carolina High School Volleyball - Lake Norman Charter tips Cox Mill

In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Lake Norman Charter Knights volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Cox Mill Chargers.

The Knights (21-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Eagles enter the Catawba Shores 2A/3A/4A test with a 7-14 record. In their last test, Lincoln Charter tipped Christ the King (Huntersville, NC), 3-1, in a league test.

The Chargers now own a 20-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Berry for a Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A test on Thursday, October 9. Cox Mill will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Olympic (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-15.
