The St. Francis Sharks football squad scored 27 points and limited the visiting Monte Vista Christian Mustangs to 20 in the Sharks league triumph on Saturday.
The Sharks now hold a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Scotts Valley for a Pacific Coast - Mission North test on Saturday, November 8. St. Francis will play a Falcons team coming off a 31-13 league win over North Monterey County (Castroville, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 7-2.
The Mustangs (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Watsonville (Watsonville, CA). The Wildcatz go into the Pacific Coast - Mission North challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Watsonville was edged by San Lorenzo Valley (Felton, CA), 17-14, in a league challenge.
