The Cheraw Braves held off the host Marion Swamp Foxes football team by a count of 21-20 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Cheraw upgrades its record to 4-7 on the season. The Braves travel to Woodland (Dorchester, SC) to encounter the Wolverines in a non-league outing on Friday, November 11. The Wolverines go into the outing with a record of 10-1. Woodland won 47-33 in their recent non-league outing against Lake Marion (Santee, SC)

With the loss, Marion moves to 8-3 on the season.
