Texas High School Basketball - DeSoto overwhelms Everman
November 5, 2024: DeSoto, TX 75115 The DeSoto Eagles basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Everman Bulldogs to 39 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Terrell for a non-league game on Thursday, November 7. DeSoto will confront a Tigers team coming off a 65-4 non-league win over Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Everman falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX) to confront the Yellowjackets in a non-league game on Friday, November 8. The Yellowjackets go into the game with a record of 0-2. Arlington Heights lost 46-38 in their recent non-league game against Lewisville (Lewisville, TX)
