In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Seguin Cougars (Arlington, TX) basketball squad beat the visiting Springtown Porcupines (Springtown, TX), by a margin of 62-42.

The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Sam Houston (Arlington, TX). The Texans go into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Sam Houston was beaten by Saginaw (Saginaw, TX), 60-25, in a non-league outing.
