Texas High School Basketball - Pearce knocked off by Sherman
November 11, 2022: Sherman, TX 75090 The Sherman Bearcats basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Pearce Mustangs to 43 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bearcats now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillcrest for a non-league contest on Friday, November 11. Sherman will battle a Panthers team coming off a 74-27 non-league loss to Celina (Celina, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 0-2.
The Mustangs (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pine Tree (Longview, TX). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Pine Tree ran past Spring Hill (Longview, TX), 42-28, in a non-league contest.
