November 12, 2024: Rolling Fork, MS 39159 The South Delta Bulldogs (Rolling Fork, MS) basketball were winner over the visiting J.Z. George Jaguars (North Carrollton, MS), 49-30 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to O'Bannon for a non-league bout on Friday, November 15. South Delta will play a Greenwaves team coming off a 55-36 non-league loss to Simmons (Hollandale, MS). The Greenwaves record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, J.Z. George falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Winona (Winona, MS) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 14. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Winona lost 51-17 in their recent non-league bout against Calhoun City (Calhoun City, MS)
