November 15, 2022: Keene, TX 76059 The Keene Chargers basketball team scored 35 points and held the visiting Carter-Riverside Eagles to 34 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chargers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Venus for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 17. Keene will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 40-30 non-league loss to South Hills (Fort Worth, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.
The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Rio Vista (Rio Vista, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Rio Vista was nudged by Keene (Keene, TX), 35-31, in a non-league contest.
