North Carolina High School Basketball - Christ the King holds off Lake Norman Charter

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Christ the King Crusaders basketball team scored a close 71-65 triumph over the Lake Norman Charter Knights.

The Crusaders (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy (Huntersville, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy was tipped by Sugar Creek (Charlotte, NC), 44-26, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Knights confront the Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 19. Lake Norman Charter will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
