Texas High School Basketball - Bay Area Christian knocked off by Jacksonville
November 16, 2023: League City, TX 77573 The Jacksonville Fightin' Indians basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Bay Area Christian Broncos to 40 in the Fightin' Indians non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Fightin' Indians now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marshall for a non-league contest on Friday, November 17. Jacksonville will battle a Mavericks team coming off a 51-35 non-league win over Grace Community (Tyler, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 1-2.
The Broncos (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Village (Houston, TX). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Village ran past Kelly Catholic (Beaumont, TX), 56-32, in a non-league contest.
