November 17, 2023: Killeen, TX 76543 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Copperas Cove Bulldawgs (Copperas Cove, TX) and the host Killeen Kangaroos (Killeen, TX), saw Copperas Cove's basketball squad hold off Killeen by a tally of 64-57.
With the victory, Copperas Cove improves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Bulldawgs travel to Centennial (Burleson, TX) to confront the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Monday, November 20. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Centennial lost 54-50 in their recent non-league challenge against San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX)
Next up, the Kangaroos confront the Southwest Raiders (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, November 20. Killeen will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 66-37 non-league loss to Prosper (Prosper, TX).
