Illinois High School Basketball - Oak Forest can't hold off Beecher
November 20, 2023: Beecher, IL 60401 The Beecher Bobcats basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Oak Forest Bengals to 37 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Monday.
The Bobcats now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crete-Monee for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 21. Beecher will battle a Warriors team coming off a 50-19 non-league loss to Kankakee (Kankakee, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 1-3.
The Bengals (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Thornridge (Dolton, IL). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Thornridge was nudged by Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL), 71-16, in a non-league contest.
