November 20, 2023: Elmhurst, IL 60126 Marian Catholic Spartans (Chicago Heights, IL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host IC Catholic Prep Knights (Elmhurst, IL), 48-20 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Marian Catholic upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Spartans travel to De La Salle (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Meteors in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 22. The Meteors go into the bout with a record of 3-0. De La Salle won 43-28 in their recent non-league bout against Thornwood (South Holland, IL)
Next up, the Knights clash with the Thornwood Thunderbirds (South Holland, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 22. IC Catholic Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 43-28 non-league loss to De La Salle (Chicago, IL).
