The Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC) basketball were winner over the host Leesville Road Pride (Raleigh, NC), 63-43 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Nighthawks now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Eastern Alamance for a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 26. Northern Guilford will play a Eagles team coming off a 75-13 non-league win over Morehead (Eden, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Leesville Road falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Pride travel to North Pitt (Bethel, NC) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, November 29.
