California High School Basketball - Canyon overwhelms Roosevelt
November 22, 2022: Canyon Country, CA 91351 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Canyon Cowboys (Canyon Country, CA) and the visiting Roosevelt Rough Riders (Los Angeles, CA), saw Canyon's basketball squad wallop Roosevelt by a tally of 73-27.
With the victory, Canyon improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA) to confront the Aztecs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, November 23. The Aztecs come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Mark Keppel won 62-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA)
Next up, the Rough Riders confront the Los Altos Conquerors (Hacienda Heights, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 29. Roosevelt will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Conquerors come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 47-34 non-league win over Muir (Pasadena, CA).
