The Briar Woods Falcons football squad scored 39 points and limited the visiting Massaponax Panthers to 27 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now hold a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverbend for a non-league test on Friday, November 29. Briar Woods will meet a Bears squad coming off a 35-21 non-league win over Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA). The Bears record now stands at 8-3.

With the defeat, Massaponax drops to 2-10 on the campaign.
