Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC), 59-49 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Cannon upgrades its record to 7-1 on the year. The Cougars host Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Saturday, November 23. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 1-0. Charlotte Catholic won 54-51 in their recent non-league match against Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC)
