Virginia High School Basketball - Catholic holds off Miller School of Albemarle

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Catholic Crusaders basketball team scored a close 63-59 triumph over the Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks.

The Crusaders (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Collegiate (Richmond, VA). The Cougars go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.

In their next game, the Mavericks confront the Harrisonburg HomeSchool Lightning (Harrisonburg, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 3. Miller School of Albemarle will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Lightning go into the contest with a 5-3 record after their 68-38 non-league win over Shenandoah Valley Academy (New Market, VA).
