In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Cannon Cougars basketball team scored a good 67-59 triumph over the Watauga Pioneers.

In their next game, the Cougars meet the Mallard Creek Mavericks (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, November 28. Cannon will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record.
