November 26, 2022: San Antonio, TX 78220 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Concordia Lutheran Crusaders (Tomball, TX) and the host Sam Houston Hurricanes (San Antonio, TX), saw Concordia Lutheran's basketball squad knock off Sam Houston by a count of 70-57.
With the victory, Concordia Lutheran upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to CHSA HomeSchool (Houston, TX) to play the Wolverines in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 2. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 3-2. CHSA HomeSchool lost 46-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Angleton Christian (Angleton, TX)
Next up, the Hurricanes play the Antonian Prep Apaches (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 29. Sam Houston will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Apaches come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 70-63 non-league loss to Veterans Memorial (San Antonio, TX).
