Alabama High School Basketball - New Hope can't get by Chelsea
November 26, 2024: New Hope, AL 35760 Chelsea Hornets (Chelsea, AL) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host New Hope Indians (New Hope, AL), 44-41 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Chelsea advances its record to 4-4 on the year. The Hornets travel to Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL) to meet the Eagles in a non-league match on Friday, December 6. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 9-0.
The Indians now own a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilson for a non-league match on Tuesday, November 26. New Hope will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 64-27 non-league win over Ardmore (Ardmore, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 5-2.
