Illinois High School Basketball - Oak Forest crushes Thornridge
November 27, 2023: Oak Forest, IL 60452 Oak Forest Bengals (Oak Forest, IL) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Thornridge Falcons (Dolton, IL), 49-22 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Oak Forest upgrades its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Bengals travel to Berwyn/Cicero Morton (Cicero, IL) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 28. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Berwyn/Cicero Morton lost 42-37 in their recent non-league bout against Lemont (Lemont, IL)
Next up, the Falcons play the Kankakee Kays (Kankakee, IL) in a Southland bout, on Thursday, November 30. Thornridge will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Kays come into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 41-31 non-league win over Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL).
