The Blue River Valley Vikings basketball squad (Mt. Summit, IN), was crushed 64-14 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN)

With the victory, New Castle advances its record to 3-5 on the year. The Trojans travel to New Palestine (New Palestine, IN) to meet the Dragons in a Hoosier Heritage battle on Tuesday, December 3. The Dragons enter the battle with a record of 3-2.

The Vikings now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wapahani for a Mid-Eastern battle on Tuesday, December 3.
