Utah High School Basketball - Hunter fells Hillcrest

November 28, 2023: West Valley City, UT 84120

Hunter Wolverines (West Valley City, UT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT), 48-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hunter upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Wolverines host Corner Canyon (Draper, UT) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Corner Canyon lost 70-64 in their recent non-league bout against Syracuse (Syracuse, UT)

Next up, the Huskies play the Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle (Draper, UT) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 30. Hillcrest will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Soaring Eagle go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 44-38 non-league loss to Union (Roosevelt, UT).
