Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Spring Woods Tigers (Houston, TX) and the host Tuloso-Midway Warriors (Corpus Christi, TX), saw Spring Woods's basketball squad hold off Tuloso-Midway by a count of 61-54.

With the victory, Spring Woods upgrades its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Lee (Baytown, TX) to play the Ganders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 2. The Ganders come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Lee won 46-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Columbia (West Columbia, TX)
