West Point Dragons (Avondale, AZ) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks (Tucson, AZ), 56-48 in a non-league match.

With the victory, West Point advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Dragons travel to Carl Hayden Community (Phoenix, AZ) to meet the Falcons in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 4. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 5-1. Carl Hayden Community won 53-46 in their recent non-league match against Sunrise Mountain (Peoria, AZ)

The Nighthawks now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastmark for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 3. Ironwood Ridge will meet a Firebirds squad coming off a 74-65 non-league win over Seton Catholic (Chandler, AZ). The Firebirds record now stands at 3-0.
