In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Southern Wake Academy Lions basketball team scored a good 62-51 triumph over the Panther Creek Catamounts.

The Lions (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Thales Academy Rolesville (Rolesville, NC). The Knights go into the non-league contest with a 1-7 record.

In their next game, the Catamounts confront the Leesville Road Pride (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 3. Panther Creek will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Pride go into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 59-50 non-league win over Heritage (Wake Forest, NC).
