Maury Commodores (Norfolk, VA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA), 55-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Maury improves its record to 10-0 on the season. The Commodores host Woodside (Newport News, VA) to play the Wolverines in a non-league battle on Friday, November 15. The Wolverines go into the battle with a record of 5-5. Woodside won 43-0 in their recent league battle against Gloucester (Gloucester, VA)

The Comets now have a 9-1 record.
