Utah High School Basketball - Hunter topped by Corner Canyon

The Corner Canyon Chargers basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Hunter Wolverines to 42 in the Chargers non-league victory on Friday.

The Chargers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cyprus for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Corner Canyon will battle a Pirates team coming off a 53-48 non-league loss to Grantsville (Grantsville, UT). The Pirates record now stands at 2-1.

The Wolverines (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Alta (Sandy, UT). The Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Alta prevailed over Park City (Park City, UT), 63-24, in a non-league contest.
