Ohio High School Basketball - Newcomerstown ripped by Indian Valley
December 2, 2022: Gnadenhutten, OH 44629 The Indian Valley Braves basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Newcomerstown Trojans to 23 in the Braves league triumph on Friday.
The Braves now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Clairsville for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Indian Valley will meet a Red Devils team coming off a 71-57 league loss to Martins Ferry (Martins Ferry, OH). The Red Devils record now stands at 0-1.
The Trojans (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Tuscarawas Central Catholic (New Philadelphia, OH). The Saints enter the Inter-Valley contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Tuscarawas Central Catholic was routed by Garaway (Sugarcreek, OH), 77-47, in a league contest.
