In Tuesday's non-league test, the Strom Thurmond Rebels (Johnston, SC) basketball squad got by the host Aiken Fighting Green Hornets (Aiken, SC), by a score of 52-46.

Next, the Rebels clash with the Midland Valley Mustangs (Graniteville, SC) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 6. Strom Thurmond will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 3-1 record after their 38-24 non-league loss to Josey (Augusta, GA).

The Fighting Green Hornets (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Mid-Carolina (Prosperity, SC). The Rebels come into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Mid-Carolina held off Saluda (Saluda, SC), 51-50, in a non-league test.
