The Union Academy Cardinals (Monroe, NC) basketball crushed the host Central Eagles (Pageland, SC), 70-9 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Cardinals now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Montgomery Central for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 5. Union Academy will play a Timberwolves team coming off a 51-39 non-league win over Anson (Wadesboro, NC). The Timberwolves record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Central falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Forest Hills (Marshville, NC) to play the Yellow Jackets in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 4.
