The Valley Christian Trojans basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Benjamin Franklin Chargers to 40 in the Trojans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Trojans now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Show Low for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Valley Christian will battle a Cougars team coming off a 67-33 non-league win over Coolidge (Coolidge, AZ). The Cougars record now stands at 9-0.

The Chargers (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Gilbert Christian (Gilbert, AZ). The Knights enter the 3A South Central contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Gilbert Christian ran past Globe (Globe, AZ), 73-15, in a league contest.
